Gail was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. She has always loved experiencing nature and pursues this by hiking and scuba diving in new places, photographing wildlife, traveling the globe, and learning about other cultures. Through her love for travel, she discovered her passion for food as she was able to taste the variety of flavors and delicacies each new place had to offer. 

Gail owns her modeling agency in the Philippines and is a partner in several businesses, some of which are in the food & beverage industry, leading her to want to deepen her knowledge of food and one day open her restaurant. 

In 2013, She attended a culinary course in Manila but desired something which would allow her to express her interests through her dishes. In 2014, she traveled to Ubud, Bali, to study with Radiantly Alive; this is where she found love and appreciation of living food, and in 2015, She trained at the Matthew Kenney Academy in Hua Hin, Thailand, and 2016 in Los Angeles California.
